You've asked for it and higherpower is bringing you this new BADASS class. Join us downtown on Saturday mornings at 10:30 am for 30-35 minutes of Cycling followed by 30-35 minutes of a TRX Circuit Class. Get warmed up and sweaty on the bike, then get to our 5 stations of TRX, kettle bells, dumbbells, Bosu, steps, and much more. Our first class is this Saturday and we are limiting it to 20 people.
